Product Description

HONING  single-stroke tool, using diamond  abrasive, high cutting efficiency, long service life, rapid processing and high precision, suitable for mass production.
The design principle of this tool is a expandable abrasive sleeve on a tapered mandrel. This set of abrasive grains can be expanded and contracted by setting, and then complete the work.
The single stroke tool is limited by the type and volume of material being machined. The amount of honing cannot exceed the adjustment range of the diamond shoe. Therefore, this tool is best suited for honing small holes. Commonly used to grind cast iron and steel parts
